Multi-span film greenhouse

  1. Clamp Joint

We all know that the length of this groove is 6 meters. The connector is attached to the slot. However, under the long-term effect of wind, external gaps can cause wear and tear on the multi-span film greenhouse film. Therefore, it is necessary to wrap the seams of the film greenhouse with tape or film material.

  1. Size of Top Cushion Film

Multi-span greenhouses have vents at the top. At the bottom of the vent, we will set up a cushion film. The width of the buffer zone is between 50 and 60 centimeters. If the width of the cushion film is too narrow, it is easy for rainwater to be blown into the greenhouse in case of strong winds.

  1. Debris in the Top Gutter

When there are large trees or wind-blown dead leaves near some membrane greenhouses, dust accumulation can cause poor drainage and water leakage in the water tank.

  1. Slope of Drainage Channel

Rainwater on the roof of the connected film greenhouse is collected in the drainage channel and flows to both sides of the greenhouse through the drainage channel, and is discharged into the drainage pipe. The basic slope is 1/5000, and for a single slope less than 40m (applicable to shortening the distance in heavy rain-prone areas in southern China). Insufficient slope can also lead to drainage leaks.

  1. Intersection of Eaves Trough

The connection of the eaves trough is supported by eaves gutter brackets. Two water dividers should be set on the surface of the eaves trough brackets of the connected film greenhouse. The function of the waterproof strip is to seamlessly connect the drainage channel with the bracket. The bracket should be glued after installation.
